The purchased service is within the scope of digital content and software services, and instant access can be provided to the user.
However, kobizeka.com prioritizes customer satisfaction and offers a 14-day unconditional refund guarantee in addition to the legal withdrawal right.
4. Subscription Cancellation
In case a refund request is created:
- Active subscriptions are cancelled
- Future automatic payments are stopped
Cancellation processes made after the 14-day period only take effect at the end of the relevant billing period and no refund is made.
5. Abuse of Return Right
Refund requests may be rejected in the following cases:
- Abuse of the service
- Misuse of the system
- Repeated and malicious refund requests by the same user
kobizeka.com reserves the right to evaluate such situations and take necessary actions.
