As KobiZeka, our goal is not just to sell software, but to provide solutions that truly benefit businesses. Therefore, we value the satisfaction of our users who purchase our products and evaluate refund requests in reasonable circumstances.
Below you can find the applicable refund conditions for our SaaS services and Self-Hosted software products.
SaaS Services (Subscription-Based Software)
KobiZeka SaaS services are subscription-based software provided through cloud infrastructure.
If your purchased SaaS service:
- Does not provide the features specified on the product page
- Cannot be used due to a technical issue
- Experiences a problem that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time by our support team
in such cases, you can request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date.
Your refund request will be reviewed by the technical team. If the problem cannot be resolved through the support process or if the service does not meet the promised features, your payment will be refunded.
Note: User error, wrong plan selection, or the service not meeting expectations may not alone constitute grounds for refund. However, every request is evaluated within the framework of good faith.
Self-Hosted Software Products
Self-Hosted products are software that customers install on their own servers and use with a license key.
Refund requests for these products can be evaluated in the following situations:
- The software does not meet the features specified on the product page
- Installation or usage problems cannot be resolved despite guidance from our support team
- The software does not work technically
In such cases, you can request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date.
After the technical team conducts the necessary review, if the problem cannot be resolved, your payment will be refunded.
However, the following situations generally do not fall within the scope of refund:
- Server requirements not being met
- Issues arising from third-party software or plugins
- Wanting to return the product solely due to a change of mind, despite the product being used and in working condition
